My name is Domonkos Szeghy, and I am the Managing Director of EXTOR Holding Kft. Our Company was established in 2022 as the parent company of the EXTOR Group which plays a central managerial and supervisory role in the operation of the Group.
Our aim is to provide efficient and standardised management for the whole of the Group. Among others, we are responsible for ensuring the corporate governance and administration system, and for coordinating book-keeping, marketing, event organisation, quality management, IT services, and fleet management and passenger transport all of which serve the purpose of supporting the smooth operation and improvement of the subsidiaries.
